If I had to describe myself, I would probably use the words ‘lazy perfectionist’. I’m not sure if that’s even a thing but it seems to be a pretty good word to characterize myself. It makes me a hard person to work (and sometimes get along) with. I know how I like things, and I like them to be exactly how I want them. If I’m starting something I’ll stress over it down to the most minute details. It also makes me want to have the final say on a lot of things which means clashes with other people.
The other ‘bad’ part is it takes me a long time to start things, especially if I know I can’t do it perfectly. I’ll plan it out in my head, talk myself out of doing it because it may be crap, and then usually regret not starting it or starting it late.
